BAALE SANNI OLAMILEKAN CLOCKS 60YEARS, CELEBRATES 2YEARS ON THE THRONE SAYS, HE IS THE RECOGNIZE BAALE OF ORILE-ERINKO

High Chief Alh Sanni Lukman Olamilekan has debunked rumour that Orile Erinko has another Baale, the traditional leader said, he is the recognized Baale of the community by State and local government including Olota in Council.


Baale Olamilekan disclosed this while speaking with the editor and publisher of Global Searchlight Magazine in his palace. Orile-Erinko, is one of the communities in Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government, Ogun State.



In his word, “ I have been hearing rumour that we have another Baale in Orile-Erinko, this is not true, I am telling the whole world now that I am the only recognized Baale in Orile-Erinko. I was installed by the Olota of Ota, HRM Oba Prof. Adeyemi Obalanlege”. 


Baale Sanni stressed further that Orile-Erinko is Aworiland, and nobody has the custodian authority except Awori indigenes whose fathers are also the bonafide owners of the land.


The traditional leader therefore advised the people not to have anything to do with whoever that claim is the Baale of Orile-Erinko except him who is the recognized Baale of the community.


In his historical explanation, Baale Sanni said the land belongs to Olagidi and Ogabi, the duo are from Ijana Quarters in Ota. He narrated that Ogabi land is from Ipamesan and form a boundary with Ijoko, the Olagidi owns part of Ago-Adura to Plaza, and equally have boundary with Ijoko town. Ogabis are the Olori Ijana while Olagidi are the Olori Ode of Ota.


On the account of his life, Baale Sanni was born on the 5th of October, 1960 to the family of Olagidi. He had his primary education at Alafia Primary School, Mushin, Lagos State, he could not finish there, and he later attended AUD practicing primary school, Ota. 


He proceeded to Owu Community Secondary School, Elere Adubi via Ewekoro. He got admitted into Ekiti State University. 


He was installed as Baale of Orile-Erinko in the year 2018 by His Royal Majesty, Oba Prof Adeyemi Obalanlege, the Olota of Ota, Aworiland, Ogun State.


Since his ascension to the throne of his fore-fathers, Baale Sanni has facilitated many development to the community. Among there are the building of Health Centre by the Lion’s Club International. Grading of the community roads and the empowerment of youths.
