Goverment should bring back the use of 'carriage waybill' on road- Ogun Chief VIO

 The Ogun State Chief Vehiles Inspection Officer (VIO) Olugboyega Ademehin has urged Government to order full enforcement of using carriage waybill to prevent articulated vehicle operators from carrying overload.
