The Ogun State Chief Judge, Hon. Justice Mopelola Dipeolu will Chairman this year Oba Samuel Olufemi Ojugbele, the Onilogbo of Ilogbo annual public lecture while Hon. Justice Laja Durojaye is the guest speaker.
According to the release from the organizer, Otunba Oladele Damilola Moses, he said this year lecture will focus on THE DOCTRINE OF SEPARATION OF POWERS BETWEEN THE EXECUTIVE, LEGISLATURE AND THE JUDICIARY IN A PRESIDENTIAL SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT: HOW FAR CAN THE LEGISLATURE AND THE JUDICIARY PERFORM UNDER A VERY OVER-BEARING PRESIDENT (NIGERIA A CASE STUDY).
The lecture will come up on 25th of April 2020 at Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government hall, Ota, Ogun State at 10.00am. Other notable personalities invited as the Discussants are Chief Femi FALANA SAN, Chief Magistrate O.O. Odubanjo, Dr. Taiwo Kasumu, Chief Seun Akinbiyi SAN, Chief Mike Ozekhome SAN, AIG Iliyasu Muhammed (AIG, ZONE 2, Lagos) while Otunba (Barr) Olumide Akinbinu is the moderator.
