CELEBRATING A WOMAN OF EXCELLENCE, CDR VICTORIA OLAOKE


The management of DAMA MEDIA CONCEPT, publishers of THE VOICE MAGAZINE has recently celebrated her 8th anniversary in the Nigeria Media Industry; among those that were honoured that day was Commander Victoria Olaoke. 

Rolling out the reasons why they gave her the award, the operational director, Oladele Damilola said in his words that the achievements of Ogun State  traffic agency , known as TRACE in Ado-Odo/Ota Area Command cannot be completed without mentioning the role played by Commander Olaoke Victoria Olusayo. 
In the publisher's reasons, “Commander Olaoke Victoria is the Head of Operations II in Ota Division under Commander Omotayo Rinnaye within Area Command 4, wherein, Commander Ajibade Adekunle is the Area Commander. 

Her giants contributions have help the Area Commander, Commander Ajibade Adekunle to record a drastic reduction in the accident rate within the Area Command.
Commander Victoria, popularly called “Yeye” and iron lady by her Area Commander is a woman of many parts, she is one of the TRACE officers that give her best to the service of her father's land. Her weekly enlightenment training to the road users has help to reduce the accident rate, hence, many people now drive safely on the road.
Commander Victoria with the support of her Area Commander and Civisional commander, has take her enlightenment programme to churches, radio stations, mosques, motor-park, television stations, factories and companies”
The Publisher of The Voice Magazine noted, that the awardee, Commander Olaoke always ensure that all road users maintain and obey traffic rules and regulations. Otunba Oladele described her as a versatile, hardworking, gallant woman and a woman of integrity. "This woman's integrity within the Corps is worth sought after. Her desire and prayers is that all motorists drive carefully so that lives and properties can be safe", he added.

Commander Olaoke Olusayo Victoria was born some years ago into the family of Olaoke in Ibarapa North Local Government, Ayete, Oyo State.
She attended C & S primary school, Tapa, between the yeat 1989 to 1995 for her first school leaving certificate. She went to Akolu Grammar School, Eruwa in Ibarapa East Local Government, Eruwa to obtained her West African Senior School Certificate in the year 1996 to 2001.
She also proceeded to University of Ibadan where she obtained her Bachelor degree in Economic Education in the year 2002 to 2006.
She served her country in Nassarawa State Lafia in 2007 to 2008. She was employed as a Civil Servant in Ogun State in the year 2008.
She is a member of Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport. She is also a member of Institute of Transport Administration of Nigeria. She has served as a Patrol leader under the leadership of Commander Tommy Hamzat, she served as an instructor in TRAINING and PUBLIC ENLIGHTENMENT Department under the leadership of Commander Sola Bamidele. She has also served as Public Enlightenment Officer in Ota Division.
She is presently serving under the leadership of Commander Tayo Rinnaye, the Divisional Commander TRACE, OTTA under the area Commander four (IV), Commander Adekunle Ariyo Ajibade.
She is presently the Head of Operations II TRACE divisional Command, Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government.
She is member of National Association of Patient Medicine also she is a pioneer Coordinator of TRACE CORPS DRAMA TROUPE.
She is happily married to Mr. Dele Binuyo
The Publisher finally submits in his address about Commander Olaoke that “She is as gallant as possible and very hardworking. As an operational officer, she is gallant on the road and even in the office. She is capable of coordinating, directing, attending and managing human resources. She is one of the futures promising Area Commanders or Divisional Commanders within the Ogun TRACE Corps, having her in Ogun TRACE is a great privilege together with Commander Ajibade Adekunle the Area Commander who is the pace-setter who always ensure peaceful coordination, Ajibade always ensure that his officers are up and doing in their services, the man who teaches Victoria integrity and hardworking thus promoting Commander Victoria to the status of Head of Operations or beyond will help the Corps so as to continue to put the Agency on a good strata.
