MEET ACP MONDAY AGBONIKA, A POLICE OFFICER WITH A DIFFERENT


The first assignment immediately he arrived Sango-Area Command was the laying the foundation of the Domestic and Sexual Violence and Family Support Building. Today, the building is nearly completion. The purpose of the building is to accommodates those involves in a Domestic and Sexual Violence for a while pending the time the case is resolve.



ACP Monday is an unassuming Senior Police Officer that is dedicated to his work, a diligent man that gives no room for excuse rather he carrys out his job very well. He is a Team leader, a Psychologist.

He operates open policy and ready to listen to whoever that come to him for any complain. A Disciplinarian whose core values are Integrity, Honesty and Diligent.
 
ACP Monday Agbonika is now the Area Commander, Ota Ogun State. Before now he was Area Commander Ikole Ekiti, Area Commander Area A Lion Buildings Lagos, Assistant Commissioner of Special Enquiry Bureau, Force Criminal Intelligence and Investigation Department Annex, Alagbon Close, Lagos and Area Commander Ayetoro, Ogun State.  He has been involved in several police reform efforts, which included the Model Police Station Project.

He was the lead team member for the Modern Police Station Delivery Team (DT) and worked closely with UK DFID (Department for International Development). He was a member of the Lagos State (DSVRT) Domestic and Sexual Violence Response Team. He was one of the 3 finalists for the First Ever Citizens Day Lagos Award for Exemplary Conduct in 2015. An alumni of the USG International Visitors Leadership Programme (IVLP). He holds an MSc. Organisational Psychology from the University of Jos
