His values for education is second to none, hence, on his lists he has numbers of youths that he is sponsoring there education, ranges from Primary, Secondary and tertiary Institutions.
He is a lover of youths, Kabiyesi decision to make sure that youths are self-sufficient prompted him to empowered some of the youths in his community.
He provided equipments for those that are into artisan job and little funds for those that are into business.
Oba Adewunmi is a detribalize man, a devoted child of God that judge with the fear of God. His humility is to a fault. Oba (Dr) Adewunmi Adeniji Odutala was born to the Royal home of High Chief Paul Abiodun Adeniji and Mrs Janet Adeniji in Aiyetoro-Budo-Ota.
He started his schooling at UNA (St. Georges) primary school Ipaja Lagos where he obtained his first school leaving certificate, thereafter he proceeded to Anglican Comprehensive High school also in Ipaja Lagos where he passed his West Africa Secondary School Certificate Examination (WASSCE).
Kabiyesi pursed and obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in computer science at the Lagos State University (LASU) Ojo. To further establish his undying thirst for Scientific knowledge, Kabiesi is currently undergoing a post graduate program in Yoruba Literature and culture at the same institution of higher learning, LASU.
In 2015, after the demised of his father, Kabiesi was nominated against his own wish by the entire Royal Families of his home town Ayetoro-Budo to fill the vacant stool left by Baale Paul Abiodun Atanda Adeniji and to the glory of God; in a short while the stool was upgraded from that of Baaleship to an oba.
Within this short period of time that he ascended the throne Kabiyesi has used his position to influence different developmental projects to his community which includes a police station and a daily market.
Oba Adewunmi is the C.E.O of JANDEB ROYAL RESOURCES LIMITED a real estate company based in Lagos which deals with providing affordable houses to the general public with about six (6) different estates spread across Lagos and Ogun State. He is also a farmer, Kabiesi is also the founder and sole sponsor of JANET FOUNDATION a foundation he founded in his Late mothers name that caters for the widowed and the less privileged and sponsors so many youths and young adult to school and some to learn handiwork by apprenticeship. Kabiesi is the President of OBA ADEWUNMI EVANGELICAL MOVEMENTS, a Christian body That Organizes annual Praise Festival and also assist some orphanage homes.
Oba Adewunmi belongs to several Royal Organizations and Forums such as The HERITAGE FORUM (the largest Traditional Rulers Forum) INTEGRITY OBAS FORUM, ODUDUWA HERITAGE FORUM to mention a few.
Kabiesi is a lover of sports and he plays lawn Tennis very well.
Oba (Dr) Adewunmi Adeniji has carved a niche for himself by displaying his courage, competence, intelligence and integrity to work with people and motivate them especially the youth to achieve a positive outcome in and outside his domain, hence, the many awards of integrity recorded in his name, which includes the prestigious OBAFEMI AWOLOWO leadership Award in 2019, the National Outstanding leadership Award and an honorary doctorate degree (honorary causa) from TRIUNE BIBLICAL UNIVERSITY TEXAS USA.
